SAP FIORI Delivery Leader
We need your SAP Fiori experience to support our Financial Services and Solutions team!
As an SAP Fiori Delivery Leader, you will run the Fiori Agile Development Team, with direct line management for 3-5 internal developers and have responsibility over 10+vendor resources. You will split your time between project work and management of the platform overall, and you will own the end-to-end optimisation of one of the biggest S4 Hana projects currently in the market. A person in this role will become the face for the SAP Fiori project across the business and will be able to have a lasting impact on our financial services team.
In this role, you will:
Lead a team of internal and external developers
Be the FIORI Product owner and scrum master for the Financial team and overseeing and defining the vision, expectations and resource allocation of the team
Set development standards and compliance and leading continuous improvement of internal process and use of standard tools
Lead solution development, quality assurance and release management for your applications to meet business, user and solution requirements
Define, deploy and govern adoption of development standards, building on global IT standards and policies
Apply if you have:
Previous experience in SAP Fiori (mandatory requirement that will be assessed during interview)
A good understanding in IT project management (eg. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and Application Management
Have experience in people management (a team of 3-5 developers will directly report to you)
SAP Fiori Associate certification (desirable but not essential)
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT focus is desirable)
English language skills at business fluency
