Our Sales team plays a pivotal role in the development of our business; working across every area, while leading the business partnership with our customers through superior customer understanding, selling skills, and joint value creation. Our focus is to develop your ability to grow P&G business with customers and your leadership skills to maximise your contribution to the business.
The successful candidates will join us as a National Account Manager with significant responsibility on a key National Account, either grocery or pharmacy. You will lead within a multi-functional team environment as the Champion of P&G externally and the Customer internally.
You’ll leverage your proven capabilities in selling, account management, and people development to develop both the business and the organisation. What stands out is your track record of growing businesses by developing, aligning, and executing plans that maximize long-term sales, profits, shareholder value and joint value for retail partners. We provide you with a wide variety of assignments and experiences that are difficult for other companies to match.

Qualifications
What we are seeking
We are looking for strong candidates from National Account Management or Category Management or Retail Buying background. Experience with large Pharmacy chains or Supermarkets is preferable.
  • Bachelor degree minimum
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver both top and bottom line results
  • Strong engagement with multifunctional teams
  • A desire to learn, teach and achieve
  • Ability to lead and work well with others
  • An innovative and analytical mind
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
    Driver’s Licence is required for travel to customers
