Account Receivables Analyst

About the role:
Portugal's Accounts Receivable Operations is a diverse, highly customer service oriented, high performance, team-based organization responsible for managing the Portuguese business trade customer receivables.
Responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer deductions, internal collaboration with Sales, Account Receivable and Sales Trade Funds Organizations and claims management with customers and follow up, and external interaction with Portuguese customers; reducing costs by developing improved systems and streamline processes, and identifying root causes of deductions to drive reduction in balance inflow, as well as improvement in AR metrics.

Qualifications
Graduate of a University Degree (fields like: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation).
Fluency in English language.
High communication and collaboration skills
Able to work under time pressure, able to work in a team
Organizing abilities: being able to work with deadlines, work accurately and fast at the same time
Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills over the phone and written
