We are looking for a self motivated, bright Brand Manager who is passionate about brand building and will want to leverage that passion every day.
This person has a willingness to learn and roll up their sleeves and tackle various initiatives. The Assistant Brand Manager will be working to help deliver best-in-class regional marketing strategies that will create maximum value for the company. Working alongside the Regional Brand team and working closely with colleagues across the Latin America markets, the Assistant Brand Manager will assist in delivering superior brand plans, consumer understanding, performance tracking and competitive assessment that will help increase sales, grow market share, and improve consumer experience.
Be a brand builder by shaping the regional strategy, vision and commercial execution with LA markets to drive sales, increase market share and brand profitability. Work closely with internal and external partners to help develop regional brand content and assure that it is supporting brand direction/strategy and business objectives.
Ensure all brand marketing projects are supported by business strategy, objectives and insights. Lead cross-functional teams and agencies to build consumer engagement plans.
Provide the regional team relevant consumer & market insights for innovation and communication initiatives. Manage brand marketing budget.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
3-5 years related brand marketing experience
Obsess over marketing, advertising & brand building Preferable (Experience will be valuated)
Trade Marketing or sales experience - Familiarity with content and media landscape - Digital Marketing or Social Media management.
Thorough understanding of marketing mix and KPIs Skills and Advanced English
Experience managing budgets/brand financials
Highly organized, independent and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
Strong time management, planning and project execution skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships
Resourcefulness Systems - Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel - Analytic platforms (i.e. Nielsen, Close Up, IQVIA, Retail Index)
