Who are we:
The Strategic Sales / Commercial Strategy department is in charge of collaborating with our clients and developing strategic commercial concepts and activities in order to develop our activity and increase our sales. We work with our customers, whether they are stores, retailers, head offices, as well as influencers and end consumers, to align our strategies and pool our capacities, skills and assets.
Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing the turnover and market share of the P&G brands in your geographical area. Thus, you are in charge of a turnover of 10 million euros spread over some 50 hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drives.
You are the P&G representative to department managers and store managers with whom you negotiate:
The range to ensure the presence of P&G products on the shelves and the rapid arrival of innovations
Merchandising to improve the visibility of P&G brands on the shelves
Promotion with order volume and dramatization
You work in collaboration with a sales promoter and merchandiser in order to guarantee a perfect execution of the actions that you have negotiated with your clients.
You are part of a team of around fifteen sector managers and promoters. You contribute to the group dynamic by actively participating in team meetings, training in a culture of support and feedback.

To begin with, we offer you a compensation consisting of a fixed salary + 13th month. You also benefit from the Participation, Incentive and Group Savings Plan, as well as social works offered by our CSE.
Position available for different locations in France. Apprenticeship rhythm: ideally 3-4 days per week in the company, possible 3 weeks out of 4 in the company.
The profile we are looking for:
Currently studying in a business school, engineering, or university master's program, looking for anapprenticeshipcontract
Enjoy leading projects and you show a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
Very good interpersonal skills and like to work in a team.
Proven agility, resourcefulness and creativity.
Autonomous, rigorous and have a real sense of organization.
Proficient in French and English
You hold a valid B permit
