Who are we?
The Strategic Sales / Commercial Strategy department is in charge of collaborating with our clients and developing strategic commercial concepts and activities in order to develop our activity and increase our sales.
We work with our customers, whether they are stores, retailers, head offices, as well as influencers and end consumers, to align our strategies and pool our capacities, skills and assets.
Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing the turnover and market share of the P&G brands in your geographical area. Thus, you are in charge of a turnover of 10 million euros spread over some 50 hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drives.
You are the P&G representative to department managers and store managers with whom you negotiate:
The range to ensure the presence of P&G products on the shelves and the rapid arrival of innovations
Merchandising to improve the visibility of P&G brands on the shelves
Promotion with order volume and dramatization
You work in pairs with 1 or 2 sales promoters in order to guarantee a perfect execution of the actions that you have negotiated with your clients. You pilot his / their missions and help your Regional Sales Manager in his / their daily coaching to achieve your sales objectives together.
You are part of a team of around fifteen sector managers and promoters. You contribute to the group dynamic by actively participating in team meetings, training in a culture of support and feedback.

Le profil que nous recherchons :
Tu es titulaire d’un Master d’Ecole de Commerce ou d’ingénieur, ou d’Université.
Tu aimes leader des projets et tu démontres une forte détermination à faire avancer les choses pour atteindre tes objectifs.
Tu as un très bon sens du relationnel et aimes travailler en équipe.
Tu fais preuve d’agilité, d’adaptabilité et de créativité.
Tu es autonome, rigoureux(-se) et possède un vrai sens d’organisation.
Tu parles français couramment et as un bon niveau d’anglais.
Tu es titulaire du Permis B.
