Description

This role is responsible for support processes to deliver employee payroll and benefits for the markets assigned. The person is expected to consistently exhibit strong operational discipline and proactiveness in delivering transactional processing requirements, interface and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, handle data with utmost confidentiality and nurture a positive work environment characterized by trust, inclusiveness, teamwork and excellence.



Qualifications

1.At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Course (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management) or Math / HR operations processing related Course

2.Knowledge or experience on HR payroll, benefits, tax operations processing is an advantage

3.SAP knowledge is an advantage

4.Hardworking and self-driven

5.Customer-service oriented

6.Flexible on work hours

7.Has good communication skills (both oral and written)

8.Adaptability to learn and master new applications

9.Thrives in a changing and dynamic environment

10.Team player and can work with diverse individuals collaboratively
