Your Role:

  • Develop short & long-term strategies, and identify business-building chances to create shared value for P&G and customers.

  • Be the voice of the customer to our company & business categories.

  • Lead daily & monthly planning to deliver sales goals.

  • Set vision, strategies, and direction to execute product & commercial innovations.

  • Develop plans to win with customers & channels, making every store a growth engine for our brands.

  • Drive growth in sales, share, and return on investment.

  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.

  • Leverage consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.

  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.

  • Improve our selling advantage by driving customer category growth and contributing to their category strategies.

  • Enable Sales teams with company perspective on go-to-market strategy and sales innovation.

  • Responsible for sales policy and governance within a market/region.

  • Ensure strategies are consistent with the company’s stewardship guidelines.


If you're a good fit you:

  • Must be Located in Guayaquil.

  • Sales or Marketing background.

  • 5+ years of meaningful experience with the traditional channel, small stores, wholesalers across the country. Understanding of distributor model and go to market of consumer goods.

  • Have experience in worked in multinational company and Logistic – Supply Forecast Experiencein Ecuador.

  • Have an analytical capacity to draw conclusions based on information analysis.

  • Are a born leader and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people.

  • Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales.

  • Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work.

  • Have strong analytical thinking and skills.

  • Have experience of either living in Iquitos or knowledge of its market.
