We are currently looking for a graduate with a Regulatory/ Chemistry/ Biopharmaceutical background to join our team within our state-of-the-art laboratories in Reading

In this role you will:

  • Apply academic background, practical hands-on experience, and sound scientific methods to generate and interpret data to solve problems.

  • Support discoveries and connections against project needs and problem resolution.

  • Deliver technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • M.Sc in any of the following: Pharmacy, Regulatory Chemistry, Toxicology, Biopharmaceutical, Microbiology, Biochemistry or closely related fields.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Turning data into learnings and influencing project direction.

  • Effective collaboration skills with people with diverse skillsets and from diverse backgrounds.

  • Capable of working effectively within a global, multifunctional team.

  • Independent and self-motivated.

  • Proficient in English with strong written & verbal communication skills.
