Process and Engineering Gillette delivers best in class product manufacturing solutions for our Plants globally. As Technology Leader within our equipment design group you will lead the design and build of automated manufacturing systems for: new products, cost savings & productivity improvements. You will also address obsolescence across our existing equipment as part of our master planning. Your technical mastery will transform ideas into reality, creating value for our partners, customers and consumers, and you will be working across all of the iconic Billion Dollar Gillette Brands.

Skills & Qualifications
·Degree or suitable qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
·Direct experience of the lead equipment design role including 'hands on' 3d CAD experience (Unigraphics/Solidworks experience preferred).
·Demonstrated track record in technical leadership, setting technical direction, leading technical scope development, role model technical behaviours & lead innovation.
·Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written with diverse range of functions (from technical suppliers through P&G senior management).
·Ability to develop, manage, and implement a technically complex project from start-to-finish using the appropriate systems.
·Courage to overcome obstacles, adjust quickly to changes, and have a passion for solving the problem (whatever the problem is). Prior experience with global teams is a plus.
