Legal Administrative Analyst (Global Brand Protection)

Global Brand Protection is the function which protects our business and consumers from counterfeit products. The function has a Brand Protection Manager in each key P&G region supported by a Global Centre of Excellence in the UK. As a specialist, you will have key responsibilities to support the team and own key central processes for the function. An ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a structured yet fast paced environment supporting senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President.

  • Administration of Global Brand Protection matter management, analytics and intelligence database.

  • Generation and presentation of reports to Senior Brand Protection Leadership, ad-hoc and at year end

  • Global budget champion.

  • Vendor management of central records/within databases and co-ordination between all involved parties.

  • E-Commerce – collection of data and reporting.

  • “Superuser” responsibility of Global Brand Protection communication tools / forums.

  • Assist, aid and execute all brand protection payment and ordering processes.

  • End to end support for legal documentation and product analysis.

Qualifications

In this role we look for:

  • A core skill of applying an analytical mindset to interrogating data and understanding and connecting the trends within it.

  • Experience in supporting senior leaders as well as working within defined structured processes is a plus!

  • Proficiency with digital databases and tools (e.g. case / project tracking & budget management).

  • Proficiency in using the full range of Microsoft Office 365 suite (specifically Excel).

  • Strong verbal and written communication competencies and be able to work within a specialist, multi-skilled, diverse, professional team environment

  • Languages: Proficiency in English.

  • Geography: Ability to work permanently in the UK.
