Future Finance Leader Program is intensive preparation for a business management role where no previous experience is required. It is an opportunity to join our best-in-class Finance & Accounting organization for 6-12 months with the intention to provide you to offer full-time managerial position as Finance Manager (upon successful completion of your traineeship). We want you to join us for a career and not just an assignment!
Starting date: as soon as possible
Duration: 6- 12 months
Work schedule: 32-40h/week within office hours
Location: Riga Office
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A TRAINEE IN P&G?

A finance leader and business partner - you'll provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/ production engineering) with a real impact on the direction of the business.

A risk taker – you'll take ownership of big, meaningful projects from Day 1 to transform and streamline the business as well as local and regional operations.

Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FOR US IF YOU:
Are a student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year (BA/MA) of all faculties with interest in Finance or graduates up to 12 months after graduation
Are proficient in English
Are fluent in any of the following languages: Latvian and/or Polish, Hungarian, Czech/Slovak, Croatian, Ukrainian
Have strong leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills
Have excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
Have time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievable
