Oral Care Territory Manager - open to Sales Professionals and/or Dental Hygienists San Francisco

Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Sales Representative position with ourP&G Professional Oral Care Organization. P&G Oral Care is a leading manufacturer and marketer of Crest and Oral B Products around the Globe.

The Territory Manager role is a multi-faceted field selling position responsible for overall management of a designated sales section. The Territory Manager collaborates with their manager in developing/implementing strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets. The Territory Manager is also responsible for targets associated with getting professional customers and key accounts within the assigned territory to recommend Crest and Oral B Products.

Sales Representatives sell to a variety of end-users in the dental industry. The sales process begins with understanding our professional customers' (dentists and hygienists) business, utilizing available information to explain the product benefits, and finally persuading our customer to purchase and recommend Crest and Oral B Products to their customers. Territory Managers are expected to develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support.
We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated sales leadership results. We are seeking applicants who are problem solvers as well as excellent communicators. Qualified as a Registered Dental Hygienist or experience in healthcare and beauty care product sales is a plus, but not required.
In order to effectively perform the job duties described above, all applicants should reside in and have a detailed knowledge of the San Francisco, CAterritory, as relocation is not a paid expense.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required for the position.
Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license, be willing to travel on the job and must currently be living in or be willing to relocate themselves to the location listed on this posting.

The Ideal candidate would have professional experience in: Dental or Oral care sales, Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical sales, Consumer Goods, or a Science background. Other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
