Customer Master Data & Order Management Specialist
Responsible for end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc. Responsible for process communication, deployment, and continual improvements. Provides direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Provides summary of outcomes, and after action review.
Responsible for the approval, validation and maintenance of customer master data in compliance with POH business guidelines. Ensure accuracy of information to aid other company processes related to Product Supply, Logistics and AR/collections. Accurate and timely submission of orders based on external and internal request (Sales teams). Perform, with excellence, reliability and quality controls ensuring full compliance of POH needs for quality and time constraints to maintain best in class customer service.
Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
Intermediate/advance French level.
Technical competence (Search engines, Excel, and SAP).
Strong customer service.
