As Application Manager for the customer collaboration reporting and analytics space. You'll interact with the various supply chain groups – business and IT, to identify needs and how best to address in a modern, cost effective and user friendly/ intuitive way. You have to be eager to explore yourself how data insights, machine learning and analytics can bring business value and drive world-class results. You will understand business needs and make decisions on development strategy and approach for customer and customer service-related apps.
You deliver them in a way that meets requirements while being stable and bug-free. You influence day to day operations demonstrating IT application as well as find new ways to expand the solution. You make sure that your applications are compatible with supply chain platform releases and new technologies and consistently utilize new functionalities introduced into the solution space.
We start with the customer at the center and partner with numerous strategic and niche partners to deliver our Global Order management and customer reporting and analytics with high number of innovative aspects with excellence. This is a highly visible space as our solutions are used to drive over $60B in sales for P&G. This role has end-to-end accountability for specific reporting and data analytics services and solutions.
Application responsibilities include providing strategic solution direction and governance to projects, user research and collaboration, vendor management, program management, innovation, financial management, and internal controls management. This role will lead a global solution set focusing on a North American user base.
