IT Operations Manager
We are looking for passionate and ambitious IT operations professionals to join the global B2B eCommerce Service Operations team. P&G B2B eCommerce is a very mature IT service that supports digital selling process of our customers and sales teams. The solution has been successfully deployed to more than 30 markets around the globe, creating a strong foundation for future expansion through technology and business building innovations. The system is built on the Adobe Commerce/Magento platform and is classified as Critical Business Process with high SLA and business continuity targets. We leverage the most advanced technology, and we follow the latest IT Operations practices.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience with IT operations management and ITIL practices
Familiarity with DevOps and SRE concepts
English B2+
Self-motivated, proactive, and good at working in an environment with limited supervision
Ability to be flexible and maintain attention to detail while working on multiple project target dates
Basic knowledge of web development – e.g. JavaScript, HTML and CSS for front-end development (Preferred)
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations and/or similar certificate. (Preferred)
Certifications in DevOps / SRE (Preferred)
Familiarity with basics of cloud (Azure or Google). (Preferred)
Knowledge of DevOps (e.g., CICD, Webhooks). (Preferred)
Have worked according to Agile Methodology. (Preferred)
Willingness to travel (up to 15%) in support of key customer project breakthroughs (Preferred)
