In Procter & Gamble we have a team in charge of providing software solutions and smart automation to financial organizations. We work with a project portfolio defined by regional and global owners and each project will be delivered in a specific date.
Our projects are focused to improve processes, productivity, business controls, savings, time reduction in process, manual error free and data accuracy.

The role has the following key responsibilities:

  1. Projects analysis. Based on a project portfolio the developer ideally have the capability to understand each project requirements and find opportunities to convert them into an application.
  2. Applications development. Ability to build and deliver efficient solutions for every project assigned and create the proper documentation real technical/user according our standards.
  3. Ownership. This includes the maintenance of the applications like modifications and support for any incident the applications could have.
  4. Communication. Good communication to the organization indicating the status of the projects, reported incidents and modifications performed to the applications.
