As a Process Improvement Automation Expert you will:

  • Monitor Weekly summary of improvements in progress.

  • Track the available tools in the organization to ensure they are active, documented and supported.

  • Quality and performance of automations delivered by the organization.

  • Coordinates and leads process improvement sessions for improving internal project processes.

  • Lead the training plan for PI and coordinates trainers and assistance. Track the assistance and progress of the organization growing technological skills.

  • Provide training and coaching to the organization regarding technological self-service tools.


Qualifications

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in progress or completed. Finance, administration, industrial engineering, IT.

Data & Digital skills: Digital Fluency (Self-Service automation tools: Knime, Power Bi, Excel, Query Manager, Power apps.)

Innovation skills: Able to propose better solutions to obtain in simpler final production.

Business skills: Payroll knowledge is preferred but not required to be successful in the role.
