We are seeking talent for Human Resources position

Non-management position

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: College graduated (any major).

Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

As Human Resources Services and Solutions Assistant Assistant:

Qualifications

•Eligible to work in Colombia

•2-3 year in HR as an assistant

•Experience in Payroll and Local Taxes

•A college degree (Bachelor’s or master’s if fine, preferably with some business focus)

•Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken).

•Ability to drive innovation and exceptional operational discipline

•Strong communication skills

•Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
