Commercial Excellence Coordinator
Performs and provides forecasts and recommendations for Personal health Care portfolio according to sales coverage, market penetration, pricing and sales trends for General Manager, Marketing and Sales Teams (Medical, Pharmacy and Commercial).
Develop and drive Segmentation & Targeting based on sources of appropriate data across all areas of partners engagement to support the evolution of business (physicians and pharmacies).
Develop & maintain the Target & Incentives model for the Commercial teams.
Provide follow up on Incentives performance per Commercial team.
Provide tailored information for Territory Design and Territory Alignment.
Provide and develop tools for the sales force teams and marketing.
Fundamental pillar for the business as main support to take decision.
Reporting, monitoring and analysis of performance data, and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of FFs (Medical and Commercial).
Accountability for the development, delivery, monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Business Intelligence to achieve key business objectives through the different sources (PM/DDD / Prescriptions). The role of this position is an important support for the business as a consultant to understand the market trend
- Experience (approximately 2-3 years) in the pharmaceutical industry / Pharma
- Strong analytical skills and high learning agility.
- Excellent project management capabilities with deep shown skills in market and competitor analysis.
- Experience in leading sales groups with phenomenal networking and influencing skills with external providers and inter functional areas
- Great leadership skills and passion for People Development
- Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
- Auto management capabilities (capable of demonstrating last experiences)
- English language competency (minimum 80%- written and oral) and fluency in local language
