We are currently recruiting for an internship role to work with the Brazil organization. One of the purposes of this position is to foresight the upcoming fundamental trends, understand consumer point of view through social listening and deliver cross-categories Human insights to inspire and enable business transformation.
Job Description
In this position, you will learn a variety of methodologies for qualitative and quantitative consumer understanding and will be hands on the activation of the insights with marketing organization. You will be the broader CMK organization resource on understanding people and uncovering insights that drive business choices and broader strategies, with responsibilities including:
Enabling and advocating for consumer empathy across the organization through ongoing immersions with consumers;
Identify consumer needs and perceptions of our brands with social listening;
Building internal training and development to enable our business to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to explore and understand our consumers experiences and unmet needs.

Qualifications
We are looking for:
Be pursuing a Bachelors' degree, with estimate graduation towards Jul/21 to Jul/22. Preferred disciplines include (but are not limited to): Anthropology, Social Sciences, International Relationship, Psychology, Philosophy, Neurosciences
Passionate and curious with strong observational and analytical skills;
Ability to understand different perspective (put yourself in “someone else’s shoes”)
Exceptional written, visual and verbal communication skills;
Ability to prioritize multiple task with a sense of urgency
Ability to learn and master new tools and methodologies
Comfort with ambiguous scenarios and possess strong problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude
Strong leadership skills (envisioning, empowering, influencing)
