The eMerchandising Analyst is responsible for the service provided for on-line sales channels on retailer’s on-line platforms by sharing the information requested by each retailer. Maintaining and monitoring the flow of data across different systems such as: Customer Experience Hub (CXH), Brandstore, Product Information Management (PIM), Product Data Exchange (PDX) and SAP.

Daily execution:

Once KAM (Key Account Manager) submits request to MADS Step 8 Publication Team, the following tasks will need to be completed by eMerchandising Analyst:

  • eMerchandising Analyst should have basic skills in brand understanding.
  • Identify most recent Finished Product Codes (Phase in) from GTIN requested by KAM.
  • For FPCs with eContent approved, eMerchandising analyst will download information from PIM, customize it as predefined criteria by retailer and will share data with KAM and customer, in retailer’s template. For FPCs with eContent unapproved, request will be send to MADS Step 5 eContent Team, for eContent creation approved by the RBU, if eContent process hasn’t started. Process includes SMO customized codes.
  • All images customizations will need to be requested to Virtual Solutions, funded by MSE.
  • For exclusive images content (Walmart), information should be downloaded from Brandstore through toolkits.
  • Customer needs to confirm URLs once information is uploaded in their systems.
  • Once eContent has been shared, eMerchandising analyst will upload the FPC and customized eContent to CXH for audit purposes.
  • Scorecard on monthly basis will be created including metrics previously aligned as part of eMerchandising process. eCommerce content delivery, target is 98% (SLA per request 15 working days).

Qualifications

Basic understanding of:

  • Brand understanding
  • Data Management Skills
  • Collaboration skills, able to set standards for others, communicate and align processes
  • Leadership skills to influence task owners and higher management
  • English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Master Data Process Understanding (8 Steps)
  • Retailer’s eCommerce requirements for images and texts.
