Procter & Gamble’s Health Care division requires a globally standardized, robust and efficient change management process, and a system that supports it. The key goals of this role are to take on the management, improvement, and ongoing maintenance of our Change management process & system, to ensure it is fit for purpose globally.


As a Quality Assurance (QA) Systems manager, you will work on the implementation of regulatory changes. This means owning the regulatory, psychological and capability processes that are required. In your daily tasks you will

  • Act as system & process owner of QA system change management in your area of responsibility

  • Manage and maintain initiatives in our pharmaceutical division

  • Train and qualify system users on change management processes & systems

  • Own the “change management board” meetings to ensure accuracy and completeness of change control records

  • Ensure overall compliance and validity of the system and compliance timelines

  • Drive periodic review and develop corrective actions as required

  • Facilitate a “Quality Mindset” and a “Quality Culture” for non-QA functions and to advise non-QA functions on compliance issues



  • Bachelor’s degree in health-related science, life science, pharmacy or a medical degree

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, presentation skills, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ideally you have knowledge of quality systems principles and practical application (especially change controls, management of deviations, etc.…)

  • Ideally you were able to gain first experience in pharmaceutical industry and with global regulations (GxPs) required for the Quality Management Systems

  • You notice the small things - A quality driven focus on details while still maintaining a business perspective

  • Ability to effectively document and communicate complex issues.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German required
