YOUR ROLE AS A DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Working in brand management at P&G means being a total business owner. We need someone who is dedicated and who can guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by embracing new technologies and driving innovation.

Within the Brand Management Media function, you might join P&G in our media team, where you can work as a Programmatic or Social Media Specialist.

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will:

  • End to end execute digital campaigns (in programmatic or social): incl. campaign design, set-up / implementation, pacing & optimization, and evaluation.

  • Analyze, track and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Measure the campaigns' pacing and performance, report it, and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.

  • Evaluate campaigns, measuring impact and effectiveness. Be responsible for campaign reporting; and present recap and insights to media planners and brand teams.

  • Keep up to date with DSP / Platform updates, bugs, trainings; and raise issues or areas of opportunity for improvement within ecosystem capabilities.

  • Work together with our Marketing Technologists to enable and deliver a consumer centric data strategy. Understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

  • Work on special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.


Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience with digital campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting.

  • Preferably you have some experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies.

  • You have completed an apprenticeship and/or a study background in media or a related field

  • You are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, analytical.

  • You communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus

  • For both specializations it is a plus if you have experience with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR)

  • Programmatic Specialist: Experience with the Microsoft Office Package, DSP

  • Social Specialist: Experience with the Microsoft Office Package, Biddable digital Platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, TikTok for Business, Google search and YouTube, Amazon search
