YOUR ROLE AS FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D)
As a P&G Dental Consultant, you will represent P&G's professional Oral Care segment, with brands such as Oral-B, blend-a-med and blend-a-dent. Your goal is for your customers to use Oral-B personally and to tell their patients as convincingly as possible about P&G brands and technologies. Your proactive provision of support and referrals to specialist dental professionals will enable you to achieve this goal. We trust you to run this business as if it were your own. In this role you will coordinate your own day, including scheduling and client visits.
A fundamental part of this will be the analysis of individual customer needs at the start of each interaction. During client appointments, you will excel at being focused and solution oriented. This will allow you to develop your understanding of the client's situation and thus drive strategy adjustments. The documentation of all meeting results and the maintenance of the customer database will be an integral part of your daily work. To strengthen your understanding of market developments, you will also represent P&G at various relevant events and trade fairs.
Starting your career on the ground, a next potential step in your Sales career could be to move into our Headquarter in Schwalbach am Taunus, Germany. Throughout your P&G Sales career you may then take on a variety of roles including Key Account Manager, Market Strategy Manager, Category Manager, and Field Account Manager.

You could work in one of the following areas:
Heidelberg – Bad Kreuznach
Salzburg – Upper Austria
You have, or will have completed before starting with us, an apprenticeship or a university business degree with strong results.
You possess strong communication skills, and you are passionate about sales and the healthcare industry
Ideally you have already gained some experience in the dental or pharmaceutical field and/or technical training (ZMF/BTA/CTA/MTA/PTA)
You can communicate proficiently in German and English (written and spoken)
Your working style is characterized by excellent understanding of customers, perseverance, a will to succeed and persuasiveness
You have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
You are flexible to move into our DACH headquarter near Frankfurt am Main in Germany after your first assignment (2-3 years).
You must have a valid driver’s license.
