YOUR ROLE AS HR STRATEGIC BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/D)
As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in the success of our global brands and more importantly, our people. You will work with a variety of leaders to develop our strategies, implement them across the organisation and create the environment and systems necessary for success. In doing so, you will play a central role in developing our people, further strengthening partnerships with operations, awakening and nurturing your own leadership potential, and continuing to strengthen and develop the competitiveness of our agile organisation.
Throughout your P&G HR career you may take on a variety of roles including Talent Acquisition, Employee & Labor Relations, Plant HR and various HR Business Partner Roles in different Organization Units. Each career path is different depending on the unique skills, interests, and goals you bring. Your strong impact and continuous growth will foster a successful career with us.
Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
Top talent with a Master's or Bachelor's degree
Ideally with experience in a specific HR area (e.g. design thinking, organisational development, recruiting, employment law) through an internship or previous employment
Passionate about HR and organisational challenges, as well as analysing these to develop creative solutions
Strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different communication styles according to the situation and the person facing you
Autonomous working, leadership and prioritisation skills while demonstrating flexibility and agility in your day-to-day work
Strong English and German language skills (min. C1// native or bilingual level)
