IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead a team of programmatic and social media specialists to effectively reach the identified target audience and deliver strong media outcomes.

  • Own the setup, launch, trafficking and optimizing of campaigns in the media buying platforms (DSPs). All while ensuring that these processes are in line with P&G brand safety and ad fraud guidance and compliant to consumer privacy regulations.

  • Analyze and oversee day-to-day campaign performance optimizations in partnership with the Brand and Analytics & Insights team, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and important metrics goals.

  • Present innovative ideas about campaigns’ strategies and effective ways to reach the identified target audience, accelerating business performance, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and in touch with industry trends.

  • Work closely with the Analytics & Insights Manager and the Brand team to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.


Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

  • Must-Have: Experience with programmatic media campaigns’ management (set up, optimization & reporting) across a variety of Programmatic Channels, including Display, Video and Audio in e. g. a Digital Agency / Trading Desk / Publisher / eCommerce / Start up.

  • Experience in delivering performance and growth campaigns with targets optimizing towards acquisitions and registrations.

  • You have completed a university degree or apprenticeship with according work experience in Digital Media

  • Experience managing and working with multiple partners and campaigns.

  • Attention to detail, entrepreneurial and growth mindset, analytical, innovative.

  • You communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus

  • Preferable: Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies is highly appreciated.

Software, equipment and tools

  • Must-Have: Microsoft Office Package (in particular, excellent Excel skills).

  • Experience with Programmatic Buying Platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.

  • Preferable: Experience with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.
