As a Senior Media Manager, you will

  • Have the responsibility to ensure the implementation of brand awareness & performance campaigns strategies (i-video, search, social media, programmatic, ecommerce, etc). You’ll be responsible for bringing innovation to the plans, staying in touch with digital industry, assessing consumer & competitive trends.

  • Lead Holistic Media Planning for a portfolio of brands across all media channels such as Digital, TV, Print, Audio, etc. Translate Brand briefs into winning strategic media plans which drive brands’ goals/objectives.

  • Implement outstanding digital plans to achieve brands’ business objectives, searching for efficiencies, ensuring alignments between digital touchpoints

  • Take full end-to-end responsibility of Plan activation in each channel: Programmatic, Search, Social and eCommerce advertising campaigns, with a clear focus on overall critical metrics

  • Working closely with Media vendors and tech partner for the execution of the Plan

  • Optimizing the Plan execution as single full-funnel ecosystem up to the very last steps, that might require properties’ optimization

  • Work together with multiple functions (brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc) & partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.

  • Understand basic consumer data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

  • Ensure a business owner attitude, doing things right, tracking budget committed, following internal controls.


Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Must-Have: proven digital planning expertise career and key digital performance indicators knowledge.

  • Preferably experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies.

  • You have completed a university degree or apprenticeship with according work experience in Digital Media

  • We value analytical thinking, accountability, independency, organized, curiosity, proactivity, growth mindset and good presentation skills

  • You communicate fluently in English, German skills are a plus

Software, Equipment and Tools:

  • Microsoft Office Package. Digital Platforms such as Adserver, Nielsen DAR, MOAT, Facebook Campaign Planner, Google Reach Planner, etc.

  • Buying Platforms understanding such as Google AdWords or DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Demand Side Platform, etc.

  • Preferable: Digital campaigns’ execution expertise (campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting). Having worked with CPG companies is highly appreciated.
