This position will be based on the Costco customer team at the Procter & Gamble Seattle CBC (Customer Business Center), supporting the Costco Team Director, and 2 Sales Associate Directors. The ideal candidate has previous administrative experience supporting executives and is professional, self-motivated, highly organized, and independent while operating with strong operational discipline to support and enable three managers who are leading a fast-paced, successful, critical (Top 3 in US) and complex customer team. By executing this role with excellence, this administrator will enable the team to:
Important Responsibilities include:
- have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education
- have 4 or more years of administrative experience
- have experience supporting Director/Executive level management
- now (or in past) been employed with the same company for 3 or more years
- be proficient in email, Microsoft Office, PPT, Word and Excel
Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects, good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Strong word processing and problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up, strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently.
Requires individuals that can manage a demanding work load, and balance self-managed task/projects along with management support needs.
