The P&G Amazon Customer Team is looking for dedicated and driven Marketing Specialist to join the team, where you will be developing and delivering various digital marketing programs built on consumer, shopper, and customer insights. Our shopper marketing teams at P&G are critical to the marketing and sales functions, helping to build the vision and strategy behind each of our brands, and enabling us to win in the marketplace by driving trial and repeat with our consumers. This role is located in Issaquah, Washington (20 minutes outside of Seattle).
Day one at P&G starts with you doing something that matters – making an impact the consumer, the Amazon customer, P&G brands, and your career. From early on, you’ll be at the core of executing shopper marketing programs and driving innovation in new demand creation tactics. You’ll be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use your initiative, and help build billion-dollar brands. Role & Responsibilities:
End to end ownership of digital marketing programs for P&G Brands on Amazon from design through execution, including planning total year marketing calendars, writing creative briefs, evaluating creative, and building landing page strategies.
Crafting and executing digital coupons, including consulting with brand and sales teams on offer strategy, setting up offers in internal and external systems, and tracking historical executions to aid in post event analysis and inform future strategies.
Budget tracking & stewardship, including ownership of bill payment processing and tracking in company and customer systems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, ecommerce, and digital, and who is energized by working with multiple team members to find creative solutions, and who is a disciplined and analytical executor with a proven track record. Key characteristics of the ideal candidate for the Marketing Specialist are:
Agility: The eCommerce space is rapidly evolving and very complex. An agile attitude with a passion for problem-solving will enable you to strategically seek challenging situations in our dynamic business environment.
Operational Discipline: Has outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, manage timelines, and produce high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders internally across functions at P&G, and also externally with agency and our retail partners.
Data & Analytics: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to manipulate data from multiple sources, and understanding of digital metrics.
We believe you will be an excellent fit here if, you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Have experience in marketing or promotions in the consumer packaged goods industry is a strong asset
- Resides in the greater Seattle, Washington area, or willing to relocate at your own cost
