About the Role

As an A&I Manager, you will help positively drive the P&G Korea business using the application of data analytics, shopper insights, and in-depth market knowledge. Analytics & Insights (A&I) is the group that confidently represents shoppers and market reality in the decision-making process of the company. We tackle questions like: “Who are our target shoppers, what are their biggest needs, and how do we best reach them? How do we deliver an exciting in-store and online shopper experience that will delight them and increase our sales? What are the most impactful business drivers that would maximize our sales?” Overall, we point the torch to where the growth opportunities exist for the business.

This role will work with a dynamic group of individuals who expect the best and learn from each other. This network includes a multidisciplinary team based in Korea and an A&I network globally. You will receive best-in-class coaching and mentorship to expand your capability and bring out your best.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Skilled in Framing the Right Question. In P&G, we face numerous business issues day-in and day-out. Looking beyond the obvious and understanding the real business issue is essential. You will assess business challenges with objectivity and identify the most important questions to be answered to drive the right business action.
  • Comfortable with Data and Analytics. The ability to mine through huge data sets, derive concrete conclusions, and then translate these conclusions into business action is core to our work. This role will become the business’s primary advocate for identifying business opportunities using data.
  • Passionate for Insights. You will glean insights from shopper and market trends. You are encouraged to use the most appropriate research tools and methodologies to uncover shopper insights and represent the shoppers in our decision-making process.
  • Adventurous in Influencing Decision Makers. Even as a new hire, you will be encouraged to influence decision makers and top management to act in a way that drives positive business change. You will take accountability for what you believe is right for shoppers and the business.



    • Legal eligibility (e.g. Korean citizenship, F4 visa) to work in Korea

    • Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

    • 2-3 years of proven experience preferred.

    • Excellent analytical skills using multiple data sources.

    • Demonstrated success in deriving insights from data and research, and effectively transforming those insights to actions.

    • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, specifically engaging with teams with varied strengths, and influencing decisions

    • Proficient in Korean and strong in English.

    • (Preferred) Work experience with Consumer Packaged Goods, Media, Retailer in data analytics, market research, and/or consulting. If you have past work experience, please include at least one (1) character reference contact.

    • (Preferred) Data analytic and visualization skills in R, SAS, SQL, optimization, predictive modeling
