Night Shift Human Resources Administrator

This role isresponsible for the day-to-day HR Administrative functions for the site.  Additionally, the HRA is responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects and accurate maintenance of records as required by regulating agencies.  The role is the single point of contact for select HR systems and projects.  The HRA applies knowledge of the Human Resources Department to develop, improve, and troubleshoot people systems issues

Responsibilities and Scope of Role:

  • Role model Stewardship, Inclusion, and HR Mastery
  • Lead point of contact for various HR data & systems including, but not limited to: policies, employee data administration, time administration, pay & benefits, FMLA, Disability Benefits, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), personnel files, and unemployment compensation
  • Executes DB claim management, FMLA time tracking, and other LOA actions
  • Ensure employee data accuracy via execution of site work processes for SAP-HR, TWFM, and Workday systems
  • Conducts and tracks exit interview data
  • Consistently meet P&G qualifications for viewing & maintaining PII (Personal Identifiable Information)
  • Supports identifying & troubleshooting NEFC “people systems” loss elimination efforts
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required by NEFC business needs
