As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will have opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. You will engage
with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top
strategies for your brand's success.
You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your
leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable brand leaders as they set the direction for
brand growth. You will also lead new e-commerce platform launch, including direct-to-consumer shops and customer partnership shop-in-shops and develop global initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc) to win with digital shoppers in Japan and Korea. Engage with creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute digital communication tools (video, banner, claims)

We want someone with:
- A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s if fine, preferably with some business focus)
- Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
- Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
- Experience working on e-commerce or digital/mobile based start-up at least for 1-2 year
- Possess strong knowledge of e-Commerce channel environment of FMCG categories in Korea and Japan. Business planning/selling experience with major e-retailers is a major plus.
- Possess a native-level fluency of the Korean, and/or Japanese language and understanding of the local market and culture as the person will develop marketing strategies for Japan/Korean Market
