We are seeking a passionate Designer to join our growing team of designers in Baby Care! You would be responsible for hands-on graphic design across consumer touchpoints throughout the shopping journey. You will need expertise in the relevant design software to create new design strategies or bring established design concepts to finished executions. You will need a strong understanding of the creative design process and how to bring your ideas to life.

Your Team

You will report to the design leader and be fully dedicated to the creative process.

What Success Looks like

You will bring design strategy all the way to execution, translating business and consumers needs into effective design ideas and packaging. You are a hands-on and meticulous designer with exceptional creativity skills. As you work across the region, you will need strong communication skills to build relationships with the local market counterparts.

You will be a key member of the design function, resourcefulness and having a strong passion to always elevate the standards of design.


  • Under the direction of the Brand Expression leader, you will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for the brand across consumer touchpoints including product, packaging, eCommerce, social media, etc.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
  • Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
  • Understand relevant market/design trends, consumer segments, and the competitive landscape to inspire design.
  • Collaborate across your Design team and multi-functional teams to bring the design strategy to life. 
  • Be accountable for excellent execution.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in leading design and execution; experience in fashion/textile/print/pattern design is a plus.
  • BS/BA in Graphic Design or similar discipline required.
  • Software fluency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates design mastery: creative excellence, storytelling, problem solving and technical understanding.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Proven field, outstanding time management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design execution with excellence.
  • Proactive leadership skills and the ability to identify design opportunities that can impact the business.
  • Ability to engage and influence across multiple business partners.
  • Proficient English required - written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal and visual, with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices.
  • Outstanding collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and multi-functional partners.
  • Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs.
  • Flexibility in an environment of constant change.
  • A keen eye and attention to detail that is critical to win in our categories.
  • Ability to focus externally on trends and the competitive landscape of the business.
