This role is responsible for Payroll & Benefits operations processes requiring (1.) local language and (2.) presence in market to enable coordination with key government or local contacts such as:

• Taxes, Social Insurance

• Local Benefits

• Local market coordination (terminations, notices)

• Issues coordination with employees, if needed

The person is expected to consistently exhibit strong operational discipline and proactiveness in delivering transactional processing requirements, interface and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, handle data with utmost confidentiality and nurture a positive work environment characterized by trust, inclusiveness, teamwork and excellence.


1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree on HR operations processing related Course

2. Knowledge or experience on HR payroll, benefits, tax operations processing is an advantage

3. SAP knowledge is an advantage

4. Hardworking and self-driven

5. Customer-service oriented

6. Flexible on work hours

7. Has good communication skills (both oral and written)
