As an occupational health manager, you will be leading the Singapore Campus Medical and supporting the Regional Medical Team. This role is responsible and accountable for driving core Health Systems Key Elements, which is our internal standards on Occupational Health, support the Regional Medical team on OH working with Regional Medical Leader and collaborate closely with the HR team on Health and Wellbeing program! You will also be the lead to manage the onsite clinical services and work closely with the HR team to deliver a superior Employee Value Equation and make P&G a World Class Organization!

Your Team

This role will be reporting to Regional Medical Senior Director. P&G Medical is part of the HR team, working on fundamental Occupational Health, Wellbeing in collaboration with HR and Business Partners and collaborating with HR team on delivering superior Employee Value Proposition. Our intention is to create a World Class Organization and ensure we keep our employee and workplace safe, enabling employees to perform at their peak. P&G Medical has a well laid out structure at Global, Regional and Country level, giving a diverse exposure to this workstream and offering opportunities to grow as individual and as a team member.

How Success Looks like

  • Successfully leading the medical function for Singapore to deliver best in class Health Systems. Working with HR to deliver quality and need based Wellbeing programs leveraging expertise in Medical and workplace wellbeing, and partnering with HR for best-in-class employee health benefits.
  • Support HR and Business leaders in creating, executing, and tracking success with superior Health and Wellbeing programs.
  • Achieving success on Health Systems Key Elements audits, ensure superior employee satisfaction via onsite clinical services and offer measurable success on Health and Wellbeing programs leveraging health promotion skills.
  • Part of dynamic Health and Wellbeing team as part of HR, enabling cross functional collaboration and business learning opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal and desired Health Systems Key Elements capability, which sets Corporate Governance around Occupational Health. This is assessed by internal and external audits.
  • Clinical management of services available to our employees to better their sense of Health and Wellbeing
  • Leading team of employee and contractor team to deliver best in class OH and Wellbeing services
  • Work with Regional Medical team on key OH deliverables and support other countries as required
  • Collaborate closely with HR and business team to create, deploy, and track need based high impact Health and Wellbeing programs
  • Work with the benefits team to support and deliver best in class Health benefits program

Qualifications
  • Have a general degree in nursing and board certified
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in Corporate Health/Occupational Health with an MNC
  • Occupational Health qualification/certification would be a plus 
  • Health promotion qualification
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • MS Office tools fundamental knowledge
  • Business writing skills
  • Basic and Advance Life Support
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Vendor management
