Senior AI Engineer
Overview of the job
Are you an AI/Machine Learning Engineer with strong Python or Scala skills, deep understanding of Azure and Google cloud-based Machine Learning environments and experience with Data Science CI/CD? Procter & Gamble is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to partner closely with our Data Scientists on exciting business use cases in the retail, marketing and supply chain areas. In this role you would be working closely with data scientists to scale algorithms as well as define platforms, architectures and best practices to enable rapid development and deployment of algorithmic solutions.
Your team
This role reports into AMA Data Science Leader and will work closely with team of >10+ Data Scientists in AMA. Role will connect with Global AI Engineering/Data Engineering organization to bring best practices into AMA execution. Additionally, role will manage a growing AMA AI Engineering organization (3+ employees).

Establishing a CI/CD-based Data Science platform that:
•Enables Data Science end-to-end Algorithmic Product development (Improved Agility)
•Automates Best Practices (Improved Quality)
•Codifies Data Science Algorithmic Product development (Improved Speed to Value)
Expectation for AI Engineer is to continue to push the boundaries of Platform and technology to continually elevate development and operations of Data Science products.
Responsibilities of the role
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer working with Data Science at P&G, you will work with and lead a team of AI/ML/Data Engineers to:
•Define recommended platforms and architectures for Data Science algorithmic solution delivery via CI/CD pipelines.
•Develop internal tooling and libraries needed to support ML efforts.
•Lead production deployment and performance monitoring of Data Science products including code refactoring and optimization as needed.
•Infrastructure engineering, security engineering, and architecture planning for activation of cloud-based ML platforms.
•Pilot innovation/proof of concept work to deliver process and technology breakthroughs in Data Science product development.
