SK-II Data Experience Connection Leader

You will lead the marketing digital transformation of global SK-II, which enables state of the art consumer value proposition of SK-II in the prestige skin care market. Through crafting and development of the data and decision- making ecosystem, you will connect consumer experience with various sources of data (from retail, media, marketing, supply etc) and enable real time business decision-making for a significantly better consumer brand experience.

Your team

This role reports to the Global Future X Director (Analytics and Insights) leader for SK-II. You will work with the smartest minds across marketing, IT, product development and business analytics departments.

How success looks like

  • Transformation of decision-making progress with the use of digital solutions and data
  • Learn the SK-II brand organisation, brand equity and key strategies
  • Successfully build a data ecosystem inked to the decision-making process.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Assess the current status and opportunity vs. the set vision in terms of connects the data and consumer brand experience for global SK-II.
  • Understand the global SK-II business and its decision-making process.
  • Design and develop the data eco system that allows real time data-based decision-making to improve consumer brand experience
  • Identify external partner or internal resources to build the eco system.
  • Execute the plan and build the eco system.



Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • Strong ability to grasp overall business pictures and sense decision makers’ need both from technical as well as Brand building point of view.
  • Strong marketing understanding (MBA preferred)
  • Strong technical proficiency in big data platform. Especially Azure.
  • Strong knowledge and external network of tech/data vendors including but not limited to Mixed Reality, IoT and AI especially in Retail context.
  • Ability to write programs by himself
  • Strong multi-function collaboration skills.
