Engineering Project Manager – Spittal-an-der-Drau (m/f/d)

You will be responsible to lead several projects in the area of pharmaceutical production technology and related process and utilities systems. You will have to define the project scope and align the success criteria with all stakeholders. After chartering the design and execution team you will be leading through the different engineering work phases ensuring the project is delivered safe, at quality, within budget and as per committed schedule.
Your main tasks will include:
Cost estimate creation
Project Overall Risk Assessment (Safety and Quality)
Creation of project funding documentation
Capital spending forecast, trending and tracking
Supplier inquiry, selection and coordination
Align roles and responsibilities with the project team
Regular project update to senior leadership
Lead and own the project Change Management process
Align and communicate equipment shut down requirements
Be the project interface for all project related functions like R&D, Manufacturing
Development and implementation of production machines / systems
Ensure appropriate qualification plans are defined and executed
Execution of product and plant tests
Proven experience within a technical area (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering)
Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension
Experience with Project Management
Passion for communication
Strong assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills
Initiative, flexibility and ability to coordinate
Fluency in English language skills
