YOUR ROLE AS FINANCE PLANT MANAGER (M/F/D)
At P&G, finance people are part of every multi-functional team and are key actors in business development and decision-making. As of Day 1, you will have full responsibility for key strategic initiatives. Whether it is improving efficiency of logistics, optimizing cost structures or crafting new budgeting plans, as finance manager in a production plant you will feel your impact.
In our leading pharmaceutical plant in Spittal an der Drau we produce vitamins and food supplements. We serve customers in 95 countries with formulation & analytical methods development and through the whole manufacturing process. The site is the biggest industrial employer in the region of Spittal in the south of Austria playing a crucial role in P&G’s supply chain. Our more than 400 employees are the foundation of our success.
Typical activities for starting positions in our finance department are:
Budget forecast management, including managing stakeholders and leading the financial strategy of the plant
Cost optimization & cost estimates of products (standard costing)
Financial analysis, such as NPV calculations, of supply chain projects
Internal financial reporting

The gross annual salary for this position is from EUR 51,800. Overpayment depending on professional experience and qualifications.
This role is ideal for graduates with first practical experience during or after their graduation.
You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a bachelor’s, or master’s degree with strong academic results, preferably with a background in Finance/ Controlling
You demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Finance.
You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct.
You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).
Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
