As a member of our HR Team at our Spittal-an-der-Drau plant, you will support our business in executive as well as strategic tasks. You will be guiding the plant employees into fully living up to their potential through internal communication campaigns and workshops. You will be working at the interface of HR and communication and lead projects that will support the local organizational development and employer branding.

You will closely work with the leaders in our organization to support them in their daily challenges and to help them reach their strategic goals. Furthermore, you will not only be a key contact for employees, but also act as the bridge toward our external community with key communications & public relations projects.

You will be part of the DACH HR Community and as such you will have the chance to connect and work with HR people from all over the region.

The gross annual salary for this position is from EUR 73,800. Overpayment depending on professional experience and qualifications.



  • Professional with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, psychology, or any other related field and advanced professional experience in HR and/or Communications.

  • Independent, flexible, and hands-on working style.

  • Ability to empathize with, flexibly adapt to, and convince different conversation partners in diverse situations.

  • Familiarity with the Carinthia region & culture is a plus - you will connect in your external communications projects with local authorities, community representatives, & other external bodies

  • Personal strengths: Can-do-mentality, growth-mindset, leadership, creative problem-solving, prioritization, and responsibility.

  • Strong interest for HR and communication topics.

  • Preference for a collaborative and diverse work environment.

  • Very good command of the English and German languages.

  • Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art HCM-Systems (Workday) will be an advantage.

  • Strong ability to work with all MS Office programs.
