Customization Initiatives Leader

What to Expect:

In this role you will work on live business problems and be expected to dive straight in and take the lead of customization initiatives. You will receive coaching, mentoring and formal training as you deliver your work. What is important to mention, is that ultimately in this position you will own your portfolio, where you will be expected to lead and manage to achieve business goals to your manager and organization.   • Graduates with strong academic results (we could also consider master thesis students and look to support a master thesis project).

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability.

  • Excellent communication and social skills.

  • Strong English verbal and written skills to business proficiency.

  • Passionate about pursuing a career at P&G.
