We are looking to recruit a motivated Customer Service Analyst to join our P&G Health team. Our P&G Health team in Belgium is a very passionate and close team, responsible for leadership brands such as Vicks, Uricran, Omnibionta.  As a Customer Service Analyst, you will take on a customer facing role; being the contact person for assigned customers related to their orders, deliveries, returns & complaints. You will interact with customers as an ambassador of P&G, ensuring a strong relationship and trust are maintained!

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage order entries for all pharmaceutical customers (Wholesalers, Hospitals, Pharmacies) and back-orders

  • Handle complaints and returns according to internal procedures

  • Follow and assure the Customer Approval Management in accordance with the internal procedures

  • Answer queries from customers and sales representatives through qualitative and timely response

  • Initiate credit note process

  • Work closely with the transport providers to ensure on-time, complete and qualitative delivery

  • Collaborate with accounts receivable regarding dunning/Cash collection & credit management

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field

  • Proficient in Dutch, French, and English

  • Good understanding of sales & order management processes

  • Functional knowledge of warehousing & transportation

  • Ability to work in a multi-functional environment

  • Organizational skills; excellent time management; systematic, controlled, organized

  • Ability to work in a changing, fast, and dynamic organization while maintaining strong controls and attention to detail
