Our Brand team needs to work regularly across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably. Together, we'll continue to create leading brand experiences and make a difference for nearly 5 billion consumers every single day.
You will report to our Brand Director and work with a passionate and dynamic team in Sydney. You will need to work together with teams in Singapore and wider APAC region. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
To be successful in this role, you will need strong passion in marketing, and the willingness to learn. You will take your passion and grow your skills whilst working to develop creative insights and drive innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
You are a leader of the brand’s strategic choices, product and commercial innovations, holistic communication plans and brand executions across all media and consumer touch points, leveraging data, insights, creativity, and innovation to achieve unparalleled product superiority.
From Day 1, you will be assigned responsibilities for your brand. You, together with your team, are accountable for developing and executing strategies and plans in partnership with internal multidiscipline teams, external creative and communication agencies.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of experience in Marketing
- Australian citizen or permanent resident, including New Zealand citizens
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
- Ability to develop new insights & creative solutions by integrating multiple sources of information
- Strong skills in utilising data from performance marketing to influence creative development and media targeting strategies
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Passion for consumer insights and behavior
