Are you a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for driving strategy, and the ability to build collaborative partnerships? We are currently looking for strategic leaders and analytical thinkers to join our Sales team as Account Executives.

Account Executives Lead Our Strategy

At P&G, our Sales organization is key to managing the P&G business and our relationships with Canada’s largest retailers. When you join our Sales team at P&G, you do more than “sell”. From Day 1, you will become a strategy consultant, working with the largest retailers on the biggest brands in Canada. You will draw on creative and data-driven insights to develop winning business plans to your customer and manage a multi-million dollar budget to bring your ideas to life. From shelving assortment to product showcases to in-store marketing, you will get the satisfaction of seeing your work come to life in the Canadian market, and potentially beyond!

As an Account Executive, you will:

· Manage the P&G business and our relationships with Canada’s biggest retailers;

· Use proprietary research, industry and brand understanding, and real data to create and deliver business plans to your customers;

· Manage a multi-million dollar budget to execute and bring your ideas to life in the marketplace;

· Influence customers' decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations;

· Develop distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising strategies based on consumer research that provides insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior;

· Join our dynamic selling teams and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions: Brand Management, Supply Network Operations, and Finance

Qualifications

What would make you a good fit?

·You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;

·You have 0-3 years of experience after graduation from a post-secondary institution;

·You possess natural leadership and business skills, demonstrated in academic / extracurricular activities and prior work experiences;

·You have strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and dynamic work environment;

·You enjoy analyzing data and thinking critically to uncover insights that will help influence business decisions;

·You have tenacity and an entrepreneurial spirit, and are passionate about winning;

·You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of professionals, turning them into an effective and powerful team;

·You have a demonstrated track record of initiative, innovation, and creativity.
