WHAT SETS P&G CANADA APART AS AN EMPLOYER?
Investing in the best talent to become tomorrow’s leaders!
Leadership Responsibility from Day 1
As a new hire, you will have BIG responsibility from day 1, making a real business impact, on consumers, in stores, and on brands.
Build From Within Culture
Continual investment in you—mentoring, coaching, training from day 1. We hire for the person, not the position.
First, you will develop a strong skill set in the function you start in, enjoying the diversity of roles within this function. Next, depending on your interest, skills, and potential, you can further customize your career– grow within your field, explore cross-functional opportunities across brand and sales, or pursue international opportunities within P&G.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BRAND INTERN?
From Day 1 as a Brand intern, you will own a number of projects critical to the success of your brand team. With support and coaching from your manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing plans that will help grow the business, as well as own special assignments that will provide solutions for your brand. Additionally, you will use historical data to discover trends in your brand, and present recommendations based on your learnings. You will have the opportunity to connect with and learn from numerous colleagues in the multiple functions. The internship will give you a great understanding of P&G's corporate culture, while developing your skills to be a future business leader. You will get to experience P&G's robust training program, meant to develop your marketing, analytical and professional skills.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU JOIN US?
You will have a mid-term and end-of-term evaluation, which are structured to help assess your strengths as well as areas of improvement. Upon completion of your summer internship, your performance will be evaluated and discussion of future full-time offers from P&G will be discussed openly and with candor.
