In-Store Excellence/Marketing Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an In-Store Excellence/Marketing Specialist to join our Toronto office beginning March 2020.

The In-Store Excellence (ISE) Specialist oversees end-to-end project management execution, working closely with multifunctional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Supply, and External Vendors, to plan and execute brand display plans. These displays and merchandising tools are key to launch our new product initiatives and to grow our brands.

As an In-Store Excellence (ISE) Specialist, you will:

· Be the display expert for your brands and category(ies), acting as the subject matter expert and owner for all display related processes;

· Oversee customized display/special pack and related processes, budget management, forecast tracking, and pre/post analysis;

· Collaborate with multi-functional teams to plan and execute brand display plans;

· Work with Brand Teams and agencies and coordinate artwork adaptation activities for Displays

· Drive process improvements to enable your team to meet business needs efficiently and deliver in-store with excellence.

In this role, your work will be broad in both scope and responsibility and you will be exposed to a mix of project and process work. You will be entrusted with a high level of responsibility and will work with multifunctional and external resources to build the business. You will build skills in the areas of project management, leadership, analysis, and problem solving.

Our ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You should be a problem-solver, with strong technical acumen and digitization skills to lead process improvements.


·Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and flow to work as needed;

·Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders;

·Leadership and ownership of core work, including strong capabilities for making improvements to core work processes and systems as necessary;

·A technical aptitude and comfort that allows you to learn additional software applications;

·Detail-oriented, while operating with a sense of urgency, especially on tasks with sensitive timing requirements;

·Ability to integrate change in a dynamic business environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions or plans;

·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel;

·Strong digitization skills and analytical expertise would be a strong asset.
