TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We are looking for a proactive and driven individual who will provide overall office management and administrative support to the Data Management Director. This is a challenging role that will require integrity as you may be required to represent the Data Management Director in important matters, whilst maintaining the confidential and sensitive nature of many of the issues handled by the director's office. Working in a dynamic and global environment you will also participate in the design, formation, restatement and tracking process of a global team.


Qualifications



Apply if you have:

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience in a similar role where you have managed meetings & calendars, travel planning, expense reporting, business credit cards reconciliation & visa applications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Willingness to learn new systems/technology

  • Ability to make decisions independently with strong organisational skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
