Role Description:


As Application Manager for the customer collaboration reporting and analytics space you interact with the various supply chain groups – business and IT, to identify needs and how best to address in a modern, cost effective and user friendly/ intuitive way.

You are eager to explore yourself how data insights, machine learning and analytics can bring business value and drive world-class results. You understand business needs and make decisions on development strategy and approach for customer and customer service related apps. You deliver them in a way that meets requirements while being stable and bug-free. You influence day to day operations leveraging IT application as well as find new ways to expand the solution. You make sure that your applications are compatible with supply chain platform releases and new technologies and consistently utilize new functionalities introduced into the reporting and analytics solution space. You stay up to date with the latest reporting and analytics technologies and opportunities, further investing in your professional development as a foundation of this role.

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced professionals with a passion for business and technology eager to develop a career in using IT to transform the business. You should ideally have graduated in Computer Science, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Business/Management Information Systems, or Software Development. Other qualifications that are valued include:

4+ years of professional experience, ideally mix ofIT and business related roles with supply chain focus for a medium to large company or service company providing support to multiple clients, including project management experience.

Strong leadership, innovation and teamwork skills.

Strong analytical skills (specific technical / IT mastery preferred).

Real passion for technology and ability to use technology to add business value.

Being able to effectively communicate with a network of internal partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present to management and influence others to take action.

Knowledge of mobile applications development and implementation.

Fluency in some cloud topics (especially Microsoft Azure) and analytic solutions ( KNIME, Domo, Tableau, Power BI and/or SAP analytics) are requested

Technical development experience will be an advantage (not mandatory) but willingness to learn and apply those is considered a must

Fluency in English is a must, ideally complemented by Spanish and or Chinese/Japanese

We expect you to hold a valid EU work permit.
