Global IT Product Manager for Health Care Professional CRM

We are looking for a passionate IT professional to join a recently formed, purposely built, innovative team in our Health Care business unit whereby you will grow as a Product Manager for our strategic global Health Care Professional CRM.

You will work in an international team responsible for definition and delivery of IT Product strategy, starting by creating an inspiring Product vision and managing a global product roadmap including exciting innovation. In order to bring the vision to life you will be collaborating with a diverse team including both technical and business people across regions with the purpose of maximizing value creation.

  • Experience in managing IT product strategy, Product Life Cycle, Product Communication.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis and working with the business stakeholders.
  • Willingness to go deep on product knowledge (functional and non-functional design, architecture, technical choices and how those influence TCO).
  • Knowledge on agile/Scrum framework.
  • Salesforce admin certification and/or hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of User Experience best practices and artifacts.
  • Familiarity with IT security basic concepts.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • At least Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to have, but non-mandatory:

  • PSPO certification from or equivalent.
  • SAFE Agilist certification.
  • DevOps foundations knowledge.
  • Pharmaceutical industry know-how.
  • Experience in Veeva implementations or Veeva white belt certification.
  • Microservices foundations understanding.
